Mason Ironstone Jug, c1840

White body, octagonal "Hydra" shape, serpent handle. Decorated with blue and red flowers overglaze. Printed in blue on the base: "MASON'S PATENT IRONSTONE CHINA" and a crown. (4 1/2 inches in height)
